Founding & Exits Since 2020, I've founded, steered, and exited from a number of ed-tech businesses, including:
Acta - a platform connecting exam owners and examiners.
Myriad - an app for post-graduate university admission.
World Exam Tech - a journal for the global digital exam sector.

Advisory I've advised on buy and sell sides for a number of recent ed-tech transactions. This includes deal scouting, due diligence, deep market research, and funding. I also help build and deploy transaction teams.

Mentoring and Roll-Up ​I enjoy mentoring start-ups and scale-ups on strategy, market entry, capital events, and exits. I'm interested in founders and investors who wish to pursue ed-tech roll-ups.
